FRANZ SCHUBERT LIED MASTERCLASS

Berlin's Neuköllner Oper organizes a masterclass on Lieder by Franz Schubert at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory in Athens, in collaboration with the music theatre company The Beggars' Operas. Baritone Rainer Killius and composer Kharálampos Goyós are teaching. The participating students come from the singing classes of the Philippos Nakas Conservatory. The masterclass is open to the audience.
Apart from the strictly academic part of the masterclass, the participants will also take part in the music theatre performance Das Schubert Diploma – A Guide to Immigration for Singers that will be staged at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory on October 24 at 8.30 pm.
The masterclass as well as the music theatre performance are kindly supported by the German Embassy in Athens.
